The Get Up Kids Reunion Show
One of my favorite shows in my lifetime, I walked about a half mile down to Recordbar in Kansas City to the show. Walked in with everyone singing along, I missed only two songs, but enjoyed a great hour and a half long set. I haven't been to a show alone in quite some time, I think a few years? This was the perfect show for it. Almost their entire family was there along with many friends squished into this tiny place. For those whom I left some Get Up Kids on their voicemail, enjoy and everyone will be seeing them soon again in Spring / Summer of 2009.
